Looking for S-Academy? You’re in the right place.

Things look a little different now: S-Academy has grown into S+, the new app for everyone who wants to power up their sales. You’ll still find the modules and quizzes you know, plus new ways to practise sales pitch, compare devices and help each other out. All in one app, always in your pocket.

To get started, you’ll need an S+ account. Check which option below applies to you and follow the steps. You’ll be up and running in a few minutes!

If your account was transferred from S-Academy,
your S+ account is ready to be activated.

Activate your S+ account

Your account is waiting for you. Follow these six steps and you’re good to go in no time.

    1. Download the S+ app.
    2. Open the app. Asked if you had an S+ account before? Choose No, even if you had an S-Academy account. This is where most people get stuck.
    3. Log in with your email address and Samsung1!. This is your temporary password.
    4. Go to My Profile and add your name and profile photo.
    5. Replace your temporary password right away with one you’ll remember. Everyone starts with the same temporary password, so don’t skip this step.

Create your S+ account

New accounts need to be approved before you can get started. Let’s get started. 

  1. Download the S+ app.
  2. Tap Create account at the bottom of the login screen.
  3. Select your country from the list.
  4. Choose your store and select your role.
  5. Fill in your details.
  6. Check your email for the verification code and enter it to confirm your account.

That’s it. Once you’re approved, you’re all set for S+.
